Cancellations
Cancellations up to and including 23 September 2025 are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received from 24 September onwards will not be valid for a refund.

Payment
Payment is by credit card only.

Hotel accommodation
Discounted hotel accommodation is available for ERA delegates at three nearby hotels.

Your data
Your registration data will be stored on our system and used to communicate details about the ERA General Assembly. This will include information sent prior to, during and after the event. If you choose to opt out your contact details will not appear on the delegate list. Official photographs taken at the General Assembly of activities, attendees and functions will be used by ERA to promote future events.

If your company name does not appear below, your organisation is NOT currently a member of ERA. See the list of ERA members here.

The ERA General Assembly is a members-only event. You must be directly employed by a member company or you will not be permitted to attend.
All registrations will be checked and verified.

Airline member registration

To register as an airline delegate for the ERA General Assembly 2025 please select the option below.  If you are not from an airline company, please click the back button to select your correct company name.

The first three delegates from each member airline are free of charge. Each airline will have received a discount code for their complimentary places. For subsequent registrations, the airline member delegate rate is €400/£345.

The rate for optional spouse registration for the evening social functions only is €200/£172.

Delegate fees are charged in GB Pounds. Your total amount on the summary screen at the end of the process will include the tax amount (VAT) charged at the Portuguese rate of 23%. If your company has a Portuguese VAT number you do not have to pay VAT on your registration. Please contact events@eraa.org for more information on how to pay.

Non-airline member registration

To register as a non-airline delegate for the ERA General Assembly 2025 please select the registration option below. If you are from an airline, please click the back button to select your correct company name.

The rate for the first delegate from each member company is €400/£345.  Each member company will have received a discount code for their first delegate. For subsequent registrations, the non-airline member delegate rate is €650/£560 up to 18 August 2025, and €710/£610 from 19 August onwards.

The rate for optional spouse registration for the evening social functions only is €200/£172.

Golf tournament 

The ERA Golf tournament takes place on Tuesday 21 October from 07:00–16:30 at the Estoril Golf Course. Transport from the Palácio Estoril Hotel to the golf course and back will be provided.

Whilst the golf tournament is designed to cater for all abilities, we ask that players have some previous golf experience, as you will be playing on a professional course. You will also need to provide your golf handicap. As an alternative, we are considering running a golf clinic for beginners. See more information and express your interest below.

Tour
A tour of the local area will take place on Tuesday 21 October from 13:00–16:30.

Departing from the Congress Centre in Estoril by luxury bus, the tour begins with a visit to Cabo da Roca. This beautiful cape, where the land ends and the sea begins, marks the westernmost point of continental Europe, with huge ravines and a lighthouse. The journey continues toward Cascais, offering views of the wild sea and the dunes of Guincho Beach, part of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. Upon arrival in Cascais, the group will leave the bus and begin a walking tour. Highlights include the traditional fishermen's houses,  the town hall square, a beautiful white sandy beach, and the famous fishermen’s beach, where fishermen sew their fishing nets near their colourful boats, contrasting with the luxury yachts in the new marina. After exploring the Vila, the group will rejoin the bus for the return journey to Estoril.

Are you an ERA Board member?

Elected ERA Board members* are invited to some restricted events at the General Assembly. Please confirm below if you are an elected ERA Board member (see the ERA website for the current list of ERA Board members if you are unsure).

ERA Board members are entitled to a complimentary space for the event. You should have received a discount code for your registration which should be entered at the start of the process to obtain your free place. Please contact events@eraa.org if not received. 

*  this does not refer to delegates elected to their own company Board.

ERA Workshop: new technology for sustainable operations – the future of regional aircraft design

ERA’s member aircraft manufacturers will discuss the technology and innovations that will shape the future of regional aviation. In this workshop session, open to all members, ERA member OEMs will present their latest developments, with opportunities for Q&A and discussion. The workshop will take place on the morning of Wednesday 22 October from 09:00–12:00 at the event venue. Please select the option below if you wish to participate.

Awards dinner and cocktail reception

Your registration at the ERA General Assembly includes participation at the evening awards dinner (and preceding cocktail reception) on Wednesday 22 October in the Black and Mirror room at the Estoril Casino, which is a two-minute walk from the event venue.
