Cancellations
Cancellation deadline for refund of delegate fees is 17 September 2024. Cancellations received from 18 September will not be valid for a refund as your place at the event will be confirmed.

Payment
Payment is by credit card only.

Hotel accommodation
Discounted hotel accommodation for ERA delegates at the event venue, the Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento hotel is now SOLD OUT.

Your data
Your registration data will be stored on our system and used to communicate details about the ERA General Assembly. This will include information sent prior to, during and after the event. If you choose to opt out your contact details will not appear on the delegate list. Official photographs taken at the General Assembly of activities, attendees and functions will be used by ERA to promote future events.

The ERA General Assembly is a members-only event. You must be directly employed by a member company or you will not be permitted to attend.

ERA Workshop – Securing the skies: cybersecurity and AI in aviation

ERA is holding a cybersecurity and AI workshop on the morning of Wednesday 9 October from 09:00–12:00 at the event hotel.

The workshop will provide valuable insights from industry leaders on the latest trends in cybersecurity and AI. Presentations will feature perspectives from: 

• Patrick Mana (EATM-CERT Manager, EUROCONTROL) on the latest cybersecurity trends, enhancing stakeholder defence capabilities and raising cyber awareness.

• Nuno Baptista (Cybersecurity Director, TAP Group) discussing TAP’s cybersecurity journey, key challenges and strategies.

• Vanessa Rullier-Francaud (Senior Manager ATM & New Technologies - Aerospace, Security, and Defence Industries Association, ASD) sharing a high-level view on manufacturers' and OEMs' approaches to cybersecurity and compliance with Part IS.

• Hans Nilsson (Director, Alumni Global) presenting the growing impact of AI on the industry, with key insights and executive takeaways from a recent comprehensive AI survey.

The workshop will conclude with an interactive panel discussion, offering a unique opportunity to engage directly with the speakers.

Awards dinner and cocktail reception

Your registration at the ERA General Assembly includes participation at the evening awards dinner (and preceding cocktail reception) on Wednesday 9 October at the Hacienda El Vizir. Transport to the venue will be provided from the event hotel.
