Cancellations
Cancellations up to and including 24 February 2026 are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received from 25 February onwards will not be valid for a refund,

Payment
Payment is by credit card only.

Hotel accommodation
Discounted hotel accommodation is available for ERA delegates at the event hotel.

Travel to Serbia
Please note that some nationalities may need a visa to enter Serbia. Please check this link to see if you need a visa.

Your data
Your registration data will be stored on our system and used to communicate details about the ERA Regional Airline Conference. This will include information sent prior to, during and after the event. If you choose to opt out your contact details will not appear on the delegate list. Official photographs taken at the event will be used by ERA to promote future events.

To proceed and book your place at the ERA Regional Airline Conference, please select your company name from the list below and click AGREE to confirm you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. If your company name does not appear below, your organisation is NOT currently a member of ERA. Please refer to information on non-member registration on our website.

This registration is for ERA members only. You must be directly employed by a member company or you will not be permitted to attend. All registrations will be checked and verified.

Airline member registration

To register as an airline delegate for the ERA Regional Airline Conference 2026 please select the registration option below. If you are not from an airline, please click the back button to select your correct company name.

The first two delegates from each member airline are free of charge. Each airline will have received a discount code for their complimentary places. Please contact events@eraa.org if you require this to be resent. For subsequent registrations, the airline member delegate rate is €375/£325.

The rate for optional spouse registration for the evening cocktail reception on Wednesday 11 March only is €85/£75. 

Delegate fees are charged in GB Pounds. The amount below excludes VAT.  The final total amount on the summary screen will include tax (VAT) charged at the Serbian rate of 20%. If your company has a Serbian VAT number you do not have to pay VAT on your registration. Please contact events@eraa.org for more information on how to register.

Non-airline member registration 

To register as an non-airline delegate for the ERA Regional Airline Conference 2026 please select the registration option below. If you are from an airline, please click the back button to select your correct company name.

The non-airline member delegate rate is €630/£550 (early rate up to 27 January) or €700/£610 (late rate from 28 January onwards).

Are you an ERA Board member?

Elected ERA Board members* are invited to some restricted events at the conference. Please confirm below if you are an elected ERA Board member (see the ERA website for the current list of ERA Board members if you are unsure).

ERA Board members are entitled to a complimentary space for the event. You should have received a discount code for your registration which should be entered at the start of the process to obtain your free place. Please contact events@eraa.org if not received. 

*  this does not refer to delegates elected to their own company Board.

If you wish to bring a spouse/partner to the ERA Board dinner, please enter their details below. Please note if your spouse also wishes to attend the cocktail reception on the evening of Wednesday 11 March, you must have registered them for this separately earlier in the process. Click the ‘Back’ button to register them. Registering your spouse below entitles them to attend the Board dinner only.

As an ERA Board member, you are also eligible to attend the Airline and Airport CEOs' Breakfast and Meeting on the morning of Wednesday 11 March. Please confirm your attendance below.

Belgrade city tour
A tour of Belgrade will take place prior to start of the event on Wednesday 11 October from 09:00–12:00.

Details of the tour itinerary will be shared closer to the event.

The tour is sponsored of by the Tourist Organization of Belgrade and offered free of charge to delegates but there are a limited number of places. If you would like to participate, please select the number of tickets required below (maximum 2 tickets per delegate):
